CASSAVA CHIPS



Ingredients :
1.    Cassava
2.   Garlic
3.   Coriander
4.   Salt
5.   Cooking oil
Equipment :
1.    A frying pan
2.   A knife
Method or way of making :
1.    First, pare cassava of its huks afterwards wash cleanness.
2.   Thinly, sliced cassava in clean
3.   Puree garlic, coriander, salt after smooth pour enaught water  to
4.   Cassava , slices soak  in water that  has been seasoned for a few minutes
5.   After  a few minutes soaking, drain and then fry in hot oil
6.   Fry until golden  brown then remove  and drain
7.   Cassava  chips cool then pack in plastic cassava chips ready of sell.
